New Experiences

Since Miles is now 6 months old... he can ride in shopping carts!

...Eat lots of new foods like applesauce and sweet potatoes

He's started making a frog face (or at least that's what we call it) while essentially trying to spit.

He is able to crawl around and he got lodged under the cabinet

but he couldn't have been happier about it and was even able to get himself out.

This was just a cute shot, as smiley as ever.

He also likes to leap like a frog now too!

Crawling

This is just a short clip but shows how Miles has mastered the army crawl and is getting pretty good at regular crawling as well. He loves to go after the few things in the whole room that he is not supposed to have (i.e. cords, stroller wheels, squirt, etc.) So now all of his toys will be scattered even further throughout the house.

6 MONTHS OLD!

This was us... 6 months ago! Can you believe how little he looks?

Summer Fun

Update on Squirt: he is doing much better but did have to go into the vet. Apparently Miles strained Squirts neck pinching him (he does pinch really hard) and so Squirt is on Ibuprofen for dogs but already pretty much back to himself.

We have been enjoying the backyard and pool and Miles is really starting to move!

We also got to go to the Coldplay concert and Miles stole the show with his headphones and likely being the youngest fan in the audience.

Miles also really enjoys the pool or large bathtub although his diaper gets really wet and heavy

He's also learning how to splash

He's mastered getting both of us wet when he takes baths

...and this is him after all of his activities (his teething toy is actually resting on his face)

We've been enjoying our HOT! summer

Squirt

Squirt hurt himself (we don't know what he did but think he pulled a muscle) so Nicole is taking care of him, but he's strictly on bed rest for now... ha.
